My card from western union would not activate. I went back to the store where I purchased it because the wu told me to do so. He said have the cashier to scan it, she called her supervisor and they told her the card was scanned from the package. I come back home, they said the money was probably not loaded yet. I wait a couple of hours, still no money on the card. Wu says to go back and call from the store. When I call wu from the store, she said to go swap for a new card. Now waiting for general dollar to either refund my money or issue a new card. I am really disgusted with that store, not the worker there, the crap of customer care I am getting from the store corporate.
