Before you can send money from PayPal to your Netspend card, you first need to link your PayPal and Netspend account together – you do this just once, after which you can repeatedly add money to your Netspend card with PayPal.
Netspend offers a prepaid debit card that doesn’t need you to have a bank account. Instead, the prepaid debit cards Netspend provides have a routing number and account number, allowing you to reload the card with funds and use it continuously.
One of the ways you can transfer money to your Netspend card is through PayPal, but first, you need to link your Netspend account to your PayPal account as you would a regular bank account. Link Netspend to PayPal account
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click “Wallet” at the top bar.
3. Click “Link a Bank.”
4. Enter your Netspend account details, including account numbers and routing numbers.
5. Click “Continue.”
6. Review your account information and click “Add Bank Account.”
Verify your Netspend account with PayPal
PayPal will need to confirm your Netspend account by making two small deposits of less than $1 into your Netspend account. Log back into your PayPal account and click “Wallet” to open your account page. Click your connected Netspend account and enter the two small deposits PayPal previously sent to your Netspend account. Click “Continue” to verify your account.

Reload your Netspend card with PayPal
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Below your account balance, click “Transfer to Your Bank.”
3. Enter the amount of money you want to transfer from your PayPal to your Netspend card.
4. Select your Netspend card as the fund transfer destination and click “Continue.”
5. Review all the details, including the amount, and click “Submit.” PayPal will complete the fund transfer to your Netspend card within two to four days.
